Because of that, we've developed three introductory, pre-hire modules for new team candidates that will help you explore the organization, affirm your ministry views and strengths, and review your readiness for developing personal financial partnerships for your ministry budget. And all this before you're officially hired! Why? Because it's wise to know each other before beginning ministry together!

- Partnership Development Bible Study • For staff candidates (and those Ministry Rep candidates who wish to raise funds for ministry expenses). The biblical view of partnership development may surprise and encourage you!
- Non-Mortgage Debt • Fill out this form if your non-mortgage debt is $20,000 or higher. This will help us evaluate how great an obstacle to partnership development and financial feasibility your non-mortgage debt might be.
