PRE-HIRE LEARNING MODULES

FOR NEW ISI STAFF APPLICANTS...

Hi and Welcome! My name is Howard Killion, ISI's off-site Trainer and "Coach" for these learning modules. Those of you who have applied already with ISI and are in the process of evaluating if ISI is the fit for you... well, you are about to begin a fascinating adventure!

This adventure includes life-long learning as an integral ingredient to growing in our competency to work with international students and in our ability to serve in ministry.

Because of that, we've developed these three introductory pre-hire modules for new staff prospects that will take you from exploring the ISI organization, to affirming your ministry views and practices, to reviewing your readiness to begin raising personal support for your ISI budget. And all this before you're officially hired! Why? Because we deserve to know each other before beginning ISI ministry!

o        Module Two - Exploring ISI (II of III)  ...and Module Two ONLY!

o        Module Three - Exploring ISI (III of III) Staff applicants complete all 3 Modules.
